Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market fluctuations in the Saudi Arabia Jeddah pharmaceutical sector.
- All medicines and chemist products supplied shall comply with the latest SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) regulations and shall carry valid import permits and batch certifications.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the chemist provider's designated corporate account. A 50% advance payment is required to initiate procurement and service deployment.
- The chemist provider guarantees a minimum 99% fill rate for all listed items. Any shortage will be communicated within 24 hours with an alternative SFDA-approved substitute proposed.
- Cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive products (2°C to 8°C) is guaranteed throughout storage and transit within Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Temperature logs will be provided with each delivery.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties sign and stamp the acceptance section below. All services are subject to the master service agreement (MSA) previously executed between the parties.
- Any changes to scope, quantity, or service frequency must be submitted in writing and will be addressed via a supplementary Quotation Estimate amendment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah.
