1. Scope of Supply – Chemist Products & ServicesThis Quotation Estimate covers the supply, delivery, and quality assurance of pharmaceutical and laboratory products to the designated facility in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All items listed below comply with SFDA registration requirements, GMP standards, and the Saudi Pharmacopoeia. Our Chemist team, comprising licensed pharmacists and qualified technicians, will oversee the entire supply chain from warehouse to point of use.

All pharmaceutical and laboratory products included in this Quotation Estimate will be delivered to the designated facility in Saudi Arabia Riyadh within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase order confirmation. Our dedicated Chemist logistics team operates temperature-controlled vehicles compliant with SFDA cold chain regulations. Delivery to all districts within Riyadh, including Al Olaya, Al Malqa, Al Yasmin, and Al Narjis, is included at no additional cost. For facilities located in the extended Riyadh metropolitan area, a nominal surcharge of 2.5% may apply, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.
4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on SFDA regulatory changes or supplier cost adjustments in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 50% upon delivery confirmation, and 10% upon final acceptance and quality sign-off by the receiving Chemist officer.
- Warranty: All pharmaceutical products carry a minimum shelf life of eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery. Any product found to be below the stated shelf life will be replaced at no cost.
- Regulatory Compliance: All items are registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Our Chemist operations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh are conducted in full compliance with the Saudi Pharmacopoeia, WHO Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and the Ministry of Health regulations.
- Waste & Disposal: Proper pharmaceutical waste disposal in accordance with Saudi environmental regulations is included in the service scope.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions specific to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved through the Riyadh Commercial Court.
By signing below, the recipient acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This document constitutes a formal offer for Chemist and pharmaceutical supply services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh and does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the client.
