- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices listed herein are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in pharmaceutical raw materials within Senegal Dakar and the WAEMU zone.
- All Chemist services will be performed by qualified and licensed professionals registered with the Ordre des Pharmaciens du Sénégal. Our lead Chemist holds a Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six-month service period, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all services in Senegal Dakar.
- All pharmaceutical products and compounded preparations will comply with the pharmacopoeia standards recognized in Senegal and the UEMOA regulatory framework. Our Chemist laboratory maintains ISO 17025 accreditation.
- Delivery of all materials to the client's facility in Senegal Dakar shall be completed within the timelines specified in the service schedule. Any delay attributable to our Chemist team will be subject to a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line item per day of delay.
