Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Chemist team must be reconfirmed in writing.
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes in Singapore Singapore unless otherwise stated. GST at the prevailing rate of 9% is applied as per the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Singapore guidelines.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly instalments over the twelve (12) month contract period. Invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of issue.
- The Chemist services described herein are subject to the availability of qualified and HSA-registered pharmacists. In the event of unforeseen leave or illness, a suitably qualified substitute Chemist will be deployed at no additional cost to the client.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Singapore Singapore Medicines Act and shall be sourced exclusively from HSA-licensed wholesalers and manufacturers.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The final service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore.
- Any changes to the scope of Chemist services, additional SKUs, or extended hours of operation in Singapore Singapore will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, prescription records, and proprietary formulary information handled by our Chemist team shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore.
