Important Terms – Cape Town Chemist & Pharmaceutical Supplies (Pty) Ltd
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in pharmaceutical supply chains within South Africa.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied by this Chemist are sourced from approved, HPRA-registered manufacturers and distributors. Full batch numbers and expiry dates will be provided with every delivery in Cape Town.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of final delivery. Payment may be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our Cape Town bank account.
- Delivery is scheduled within the Cape Town metropolitan area. For deliveries outside the metro area, an additional logistics surcharge will apply and will be communicated prior to dispatch.
- All prescription medications require valid, signed prescriptions from a registered medical practitioner in South Africa. Our Chemist team will verify all prescriptions in accordance with the Medicines and Related Substances Act (Act 101 of 1965).
- Temperature-sensitive products will be transported in validated, temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity throughout the journey to your facility in Cape Town.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. Any changes to scope or quantities must be agreed upon in writing.
- Warranty on medical devices is limited to twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, subject to normal use and handling as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with jurisdiction falling under the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division, Cape Town.
- Our Chemist team is available for on-site consultations in Cape Town at no additional cost during the initial implementation phase of this supply agreement.

The undersigned Chemist representative confirms that all products and services listed herein will be delivered in full compliance with South African pharmaceutical regulations and HPRA standards.
