This Quotation Estimate is issued by Seoul Advanced Chemical Laboratory Co., Ltd. The Chemist Provider, a fully licensed and accredited laboratory operating in South Korea Seoul, hereby presents the following itemized costs for the supply of specialized chemical analysis, pharmaceutical quality control testing, and regulatory compliance services. All pricing within this Quotation Estimate reflects the current market rates applicable to professional Chemist services in the metropolitan area of South Korea Seoul as of the date of issue.

  1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from the Chemist Provider, as reagent costs and labor rates in South Korea Seoul are subject to periodic adjustment.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within forty-five (45) days from the date of invoice issuance. A 2% early-payment discount applies if settlement is received within fifteen (15) days. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed under the Korean Commercial Act.
  3. Scope Modifications: Any changes to the scope of Chemist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional work will be billed at the prevailing hourly rate of ₩185,000 per hour for a senior Chemist or ₩120,000 per hour for a junior Chemist technician.
  4. Confidentiality: All data, samples, and proprietary formulations handled by the Chemist Provider in South Korea Seoul shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: All Chemist services shall be performed in full compliance with the standards set by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), the Korea Institute of Drug and Food Safety (KDF), and applicable ISO 17025 accreditation requirements.
  6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the South Korea Seoul region.
  7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Chemist services to be rendered in South Korea Seoul. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties.
