Important Conditions – Chemist Services in Spain Madrid
1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in pharmaceutical supply costs within the Spain Madrid market.
2. Acceptance: Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between Pharmacia Central Madrid S.L. (the Chemist provider) and Clínica San Rafael S.L. (the Client) for the delivery of the chemist services and products described herein.
3. Payment: Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).
4. Regulatory Compliance: All chemist services provided under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Spanish Pharmacists' Code of Ethics, the Royal Decree 1013/2009 on pharmaceutical distribution, and all applicable AEMPS regulations governing the practice of pharmacy in Spain Madrid.
5. Cancellation: Either party may cancel this Quotation Estimate agreement with a written notice of fourteen (14) days. In the event of cancellation by the Client after services have commenced, a pro-rata charge for services already rendered by the chemist team shall apply.
6. Liability: Pharmacia Central Madrid S.L. shall not be held liable for adverse outcomes arising from the misuse of pharmaceutical products by end-users. All chemist dispensing and compounding activities shall be performed by qualified and registered pharmacists in Spain Madrid.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
8. Confidentiality: All patient data and clinical information handled by the chemist team in the course of providing services under this Quotation Estimate shall be treated in strict accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
