Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision due to fluctuations in raw chemical material costs within the Spain Valencia supply chain.
- All Chemist services described herein shall be performed by qualified and registered professionals holding valid licences issued by the Generalitat Valenciana. No subcontracting of core chemist functions will be undertaken without prior written consent from the client.
- Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within thirty (30) days of final delivery and sign-off of all services rendered in Spain Valencia.
- All pharmaceutical and chemical products supplied will carry full traceability documentation, certificates of analysis, and compliance with the Spanish Royal Decree 1015/2009 on pharmaceutical products for human use.
