- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to market fluctuations in pharmaceutical raw material costs within Sri Lanka Colombo and internationally.
- Payment: A fifty percent (50%) advance payment is required to initiate procurement and production. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery at the designated Sri Lanka Colombo warehouse facility.
- Delivery: All pharmaceutical products and materials shall be delivered to the client's premises in Sri Lanka Colombo within twenty-one (21) working days from receipt of the advance payment. Cold chain items will be transported in temperature-controlled vehicles compliant with Sri Lankan pharmaceutical logistics standards.
- Chemist Certification: All products supplied under this Quotation Estimate are handled, inspected, and certified by a licensed Chemist registered with the Sri Lanka Pharmacy Council. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Certificates of Free Sale (CFS) will accompany each shipment.
- Regulatory Compliance: All activities conducted under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Drugs Act of Sri Lanka, the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) regulations, and the guidelines issued by the Sri Lanka Drug Regulatory Authority (SDRA) for operations in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Warranty: All pharmaceutical products carry a minimum shelf life of eighteen (18) months from the date of manufacture. Any product found to be below specification upon delivery shall be replaced at no additional cost to the client.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the pricing, formulations, and commercial terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to resolve, the matter shall be referred to the Colombo District Court in Sri Lanka Colombo under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from natural disasters, government regulations, port closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting the Sri Lanka Colombo region.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the supply of Chemist services and pharmaceutical products in Sri Lanka Colombo.
