Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied by this Chemist are sourced from TFDA-registered manufacturers and distributors, ensuring full compliance with Tanzanian pharmaceutical regulations.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% balance upon delivery and acceptance of goods at the designated site in Dar es Salaam.
- Delivery is estimated within seven (7) working days from the date of confirmed order and receipt of advance payment. Delivery is limited to the Dar es Salaam urban and peri-urban areas.
- All products carry a minimum of twelve (12) months remaining shelf life at the time of delivery. The Chemist guarantees full product authenticity and traceability.
- The on-site consultation and training service will be conducted by a registered pharmacist and two senior pharmacy technicians from our Chemist team in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Warranty: All equipment (cold chain storage units) carries a 24-month manufacturer warranty. Pharmaceutical products are non-returnable once opened.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, with jurisdiction in the courts of Dar es Salaam.
