- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the chemist services listed herein may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
- All chemist personnel assigned to this engagement shall hold valid licenses issued by the Ankara Chamber of Pharmacists (Ankara Eczacı Odası) and shall comply with the Turkish Health Law No. 663.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the chemist service deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance and delivery of all reports from the Turkey Ankara laboratory facility.
- All chemical reagents, analytical equipment, and laboratory consumables required for the chemist services are included in the Quotation Estimate pricing unless otherwise noted.
- Confidentiality: All data, formulations, and proprietary information exchanged during the execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) Article 43.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Turkey Ankara, or supply chain disruptions affecting chemist operations.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Ankara Commercial Courts (Ankara Ticaret Mahkemeleri) in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be evidenced by a signed Purchase Order referencing Quotation Estimate No. QE-ANK-2025-0047.
