Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to revision upon expiry due to market fluctuations in pharmaceutical raw materials.
- All Chemist services described herein shall be performed by a licensed and registered Chemist holding a valid practice permit issued by the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Health, Turkey. No unlicensed personnel shall dispense or compound any pharmaceutical product.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 70% payable within 30 days of monthly service delivery. Bank transfer to Bosphorus Chemist & Pharmaceutical Services Ltd., Ziraat Bankası, IBAN: TR12 0001 0002 3456 7890 1234 56.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied under this Quotation Estimate comply with the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) regulations. Import permits and batch certificates will be provided upon request.
- On-site Chemist consultations and emergency response services are limited to the Istanbul metropolitan area (Turkey Istanbul), including the European and Asian sides. Travel beyond this zone will be billed separately at 150 TRY per kilometre.
- Confidentiality: All patient and employee health data handled by our Chemist team is protected under Turkish Law No. 6698 (Personal Data Protection Law — KVKK) and the Turkish Medical Secrecy Law (Law No. 1219).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Turkey Istanbul region, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated in writing via email or signed hard copy.
