Amount in words: Seventy-One Million, Two Hundred and Thirteen Thousand, One Hundred Ugandan Shillings only.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed after the expiry date will be subject to re-pricing based on prevailing market conditions in Uganda Kampala.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied by Kampala Central Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd. are sourced from approved manufacturers and distributors registered with the Uganda National Drug Authority (UNDA) and the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery at the client's facility in Kampala.
- Delivery is scheduled within five (5) working days of receipt of the advance payment. All deliveries within the Kampala metropolitan area are included in the quoted logistics fee. Deliveries to districts outside Kampala will attract an additional transport surcharge to be agreed upon separately.
- The professional Chemist consultation and inventory management service (Item 8) shall be rendered by a registered pharmacist holding a valid practising licence issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Uganda. The service includes monthly stock audits, expiry date monitoring, and regulatory compliance reporting.
- All products are supplied with a minimum of twelve (12) months remaining shelf life at the point of delivery. Any product found to be below this threshold will be replaced at no additional cost to the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the client and accepted in writing by Kampala Central Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent supply agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a resolution, the matter shall be referred to the courts of law in Uganda Kampala in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
- The client acknowledges that all medications dispensed or supplied must be used in accordance with the directions of a qualified medical practitioner. Kampala Central Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd. accepts no liability for adverse effects resulting from misuse or improper administration of supplied products.
- Prices are subject to change in the event of significant fluctuations in the exchange rate, government-imposed price controls, or changes in the VAT rate by the Uganda Revenue Authority during the validity period of this Quotation Estimate.
