- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all pricing for chemist products and services listed herein shall be subject to revision based on current market conditions in the United Arab Emirates pharmaceutical sector.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied under this Quotation Estimate are sourced exclusively from DHA-licensed wholesalers and manufacturers registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Health. The chemist responsible for quality control holds a valid UAE pharmacist license and is registered with the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) regulatory body.
- Payment for all services and goods outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law. All transactions are denominated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and processed through the client's designated bank account in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The chemist services provided under this Quotation Estimate include a dedicated account manager based in Abu Dhabi who shall serve as the primary point of contact for all operational, regulatory, and clinical queries. Response time for urgent pharmaceutical requests within Abu Dhabi city limits shall not exceed four (4) hours.
- All cold-chain pharmaceutical products shall be transported using temperature-monitored logistics vehicles compliant with Abu Dhabi municipal health regulations. Temperature deviation reports shall be provided with each delivery as part of the chemist quality assurance protocol.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. - All data and patient information handled by the chemist under this Quotation Estimate shall be protected in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this engagement by a period of five (5) years.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
