This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party laboratory fees or specialist referral costs unless explicitly stated.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to fluctuations in pharmaceutical supply costs within the United Arab Emirates Dubai market.
2. All Chemist services described herein shall be performed by licensed pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians holding valid DHA or MOHAP credentials, in strict adherence to the UAE Pharmaceutical Law (Federal Law No. 2 of 2013) and its amendments.
3. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Payments shall be made in AED via bank transfer to the account details provided by Al Noor Chemist & Pharmacy LLC.
4. The Chemist reserves the right to substitute any pharmaceutical product with a therapeutically equivalent alternative if the original item is unavailable, provided prior written consent is obtained from the client. All substitutions will comply with DHA guidelines applicable in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
5. Confidentiality: All patient data, prescription records, and health information handled by our Chemist team shall be treated in strict confidence in accordance with the UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and DHA privacy regulations.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. Upon signature, it shall form part of the master service agreement between the parties.
7. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the client's option, through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, supply chain disruptions, or public health emergencies as declared by the UAE authorities.
