5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to supplier cost fluctuations or changes in NHS reimbursement rates applicable to Chemist operations in the United Kingdom.
Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments will attract interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
