- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, Thames Valley Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd reserves the right to reissue this Quotation Estimate at revised pricing to reflect any changes in wholesale pharmaceutical costs within the United Kingdom London market.
- All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to the standard 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable under United Kingdom tax legislation. Certain pharmaceutical products may be zero-rated or exempt; final VAT treatment will be confirmed at the point of invoicing.
- Payment terms for this Chemist supply agreement are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Thames Valley Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd holds a valid General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) licence and operates in full compliance with all MHRA, NHS, and London borough regulatory requirements. All Chemist personnel delivering services under this agreement are registered with the GPhC and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
- Delivery of all pharmaceutical products will be made to the client's premises in London, United Kingdom, within two (2) working days of order confirmation. Emergency and urgent supply requests will be fulfilled within four (4) hours during standard business hours (08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement has been executed by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be confirmed in writing by the authorised representative of the client.
- Any variations to the scope of Chemist services outlined in this document must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Additional services not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment.
- Thames Valley Chemist & Pharmacy Ltd shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of £10,000,000 throughout the duration of the service agreement.
- All data and patient information handled by our Chemist team in the course of this engagement shall be processed in strict compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
