- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision due to fluctuations in reagent costs, labor rates, and regulatory fee adjustments within the United States Houston market.
- All Chemist services will be performed by personnel holding valid Texas state licenses, ACS certifications, and appropriate OSHA safety credentials. Our laboratory in Houston, Texas, United States, is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited.
- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon execution of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone, and 20% upon final delivery of all reports and documentation. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via wire transfer to our account at First National Bank of Houston, United States.
- Any change in scope, additional sampling locations, or extended timelines must be approved in writing by both parties and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate supplement.
- All data, samples, and proprietary formulations handled by our Chemist team are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed concurrently with the service contract.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to hurricanes affecting the United States Houston Gulf Coast region, may result in temporary service interruptions. Both parties agree to reasonable schedule adjustments under such circumstances.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Gulf Coast Analytical Chemist Group, LLC to proceed with the Chemist services as described herein, to be delivered at the designated locations within United States Houston and its surrounding industrial districts.
