1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in reagent costs, labor rates, or regulatory changes applicable in the United States.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly installments aligned with the project milestones outlined in the attached Statement of Work. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
3. Chemist Personnel: All analytical and consulting services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by qualified, licensed Chemist professionals employed by Pacific Coast Analytical Laboratories. The Lead Chemist assigned to your account will be Dr. Margaret Chen (PhD, Analytical Chemistry, UCLA). Substitution of personnel will be communicated in writing at least five business days in advance.
4. Location and Jurisdiction: All laboratory work will be conducted at our ISO 17025-accredited facility in United States Los Angeles. On-site services will be performed at the client's premises within the Los Angeles metropolitan area. This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.
5. Confidentiality: All chemical data, formulations, and proprietary information shared in connection with this Quotation Estimate and subsequent work will be treated as strictly confidential. Our Chemist team will sign individual Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to commencing any work.
6. 8. Insurance: Pacific Coast Analytical Laboratories maintains professional liability insurance of $5,000,000 per occurrence and general liability insurance of $2,000,000, covering all Chemist services performed in the United States, including the Los Angeles area.
