Important Conditions for Chemist Services in Uzbekistan Tashkent

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in pharmaceutical raw materials and exchange rate changes in Uzbekistan.
All chemist services and pharmaceutical products supplied under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law on Medicines, the Law on Pharmaceutical Activity, and all applicable sanitary and epidemiological standards enforced in Tashkent.
Payment shall be made in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the account of Tashkent Chemist & Pharmaceutical Solutions LLC. For international transactions, US Dollar (USD) equivalent may be accepted at the National Bank of Uzbekistan exchange rate on the day of payment.
Delivery of all physical goods shall be made to the client's designated facility within Tashkent city limits. Delivery times for bulk pharmaceutical raw materials shall not exceed fifteen (15) business days from the date of confirmed purchase order.
The chemist consultation and laboratory analysis services shall be performed by licensed pharmacists and certified chemical analysts registered with the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan. All reports shall be issued in both Uzbek and English languages.
Any changes to the scope of work, quantities, or service locations within Tashkent, Uzbekistan must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to execution. Amendments to this Quotation Estimate shall be documented as a supplementary agreement.
Warranty: All supplied pharmaceutical raw materials carry a minimum shelf life of twenty-four (24) months from the date of manufacture. Any product found to be below specification upon delivery shall be replaced at no additional cost to the client within ten (10) business days.
Confidentiality: All proprietary formulations, client data, and business information exchanged during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by the chemist service provider and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, matters shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of Uzbekistan.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope of chemist services, pricing, and terms for the provision of pharmaceutical and chemical services in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
