This Quotation Estimate is issued by Harare Central Chemist & Pharmacy (Pvt) Ltd, a fully licensed Chemist and pharmaceutical distribution entity operating in Zimbabwe Harare, in response to the request for supply of essential medicines, diagnostic reagents, and pharmaceutical consumables for the Harare Provincial Health Facilities. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in the Zimbabwe Harare pharmaceutical market and exchange rate movements.
- All pharmaceutical products supplied by this Chemist entity shall comply with the Zimbabwe Pharmaceutical Regulatory Authority (PRA) standards, the Medicines and Medical Devices Act [Chapter 16:03], and WHO Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing; 50% upon delivery and acceptance of goods at the designated Harare Provincial Health Office warehouse. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Harare Central Chemist & Pharmacy (Pvt) Ltd, Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe, Harare Branch.
- Delivery schedule: Monthly dispatches on the first business day of each month to the client's designated facility in Zimbabwe Harare. Emergency restocking requests may be accommodated within 48 hours at no additional logistics cost.
- All products shall carry a minimum shelf life of twelve (12) months at the point of delivery. The Chemist supplier guarantees full traceability, batch numbering, and cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive items.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and approved by the Zimbabwe Ministry of Health and Child Care procurement committee.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent supply agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, with jurisdiction vested in the High Court of Zimbabwe, Harare.
- The Chemist supplier shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance and PRA operating licence throughout the contract period. Copies of current licences are available upon request.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to national emergencies, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory changes in Zimbabwe Harare, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement between the parties.
By signing below, the parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed, understood, and accepted as a basis for the pharmaceutical supply arrangement between the Chemist supplier and the client within Zimbabwe Harare.
