This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Civil Engineering & Consulting SARL to provide comprehensive Civil Engineer professional services for the design, structural analysis, and on-site supervision of a six-storey residential building located in the Hydra district of Algeria Algiers. - 30% advance payment upon signing of the service contract and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% upon completion and approval of all structural design documents and construction drawings.
- 20% payable in equal monthly instalments during the on-site supervision phase (18 months).
- 10% final payment upon delivery of the as-built dossier and handover certificate.
- All payments shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Civil Engineering & Consulting SARL, BNA Algiers, Account No. 007 1234567890 1234567890.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs or regulatory requirements in Algeria Algiers.
- All Civil Engineer services shall be performed by qualified and registered professionals holding valid licences issued by the Algerian Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
- The client shall provide timely access to the construction site in Hydra, Algiers, and shall supply all necessary project briefs, site plans, and existing documentation within five (5) business days of contract execution.
- Any additional work or design modifications requested by the client beyond the original scope shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval before execution.
- The Civil Engineer and the consulting firm shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 10,000,000 DZD throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Confidentiality: All project data, drawings, and structural calculations remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The firm shall not disclose project details to third parties without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Algiers, Algeria.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the formal service agreement.
