Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments, denominated in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and payable via bank transfer to the account of the Civil Engineer in Córdoba:
- 30% upon signing of the professional services contract (advance payment).
- 25% upon completion and approval of the structural design package.
- 35% distributed monthly during the on-site supervision phase (approximately 2.5% per month).
- 10% upon delivery of final as-built documentation and municipal certification in Córdoba.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Argentine consumer price index (IPC) published by INDEC.
