This Quotation Estimate is issued by Brisbane Civil Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd in respect of professional Civil Engineer services for the above-referenced residential subdivision project located in Australia Brisbane. Payment Terms
This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of design documentation and council submission, and 30% upon final handover and as-built certification. All invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) regulations. Payment is to be made by EFT to the bank account nominated on each invoice.
Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Australia Brisbane.
- All Civil Engineer services are to be performed in accordance with the Engineers Australia Code of Ethics and the professional standards of the Institution of Engineers Australia (IEAust).
- The scope of work is limited to the items described above. Any additional works, variations, or changes in project scope will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement of the additional work.
- Brisbane Civil Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party approvals, council processing times, or force majeure events including but not limited to severe weather events common to the Brisbane region.
- All intellectual property in design documents, calculations, and drawings prepared by the Civil Engineer shall remain the property of Brisbane Civil Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties. A formal Services Agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Services Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission dispute resolution process.
- The Civil Engineer services described herein are specific to the project site in Australia Brisbane and are not transferable to other locations or projects without written consent.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in Australia Brisbane. The client confirms that they have read and understood all terms and conditions set out in this document.
