All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of all professional liability insurance, travel within Belgium Brussels, and standard office overheads. Any work outside the defined scope of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary estimate issued by the Civil Engineer prior to execution.
The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in Belgium Brussels:
4.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Civil Engineer reserves the right to revise the rates due to market fluctuations in materials, labour, or regulatory changes within Belgium Brussels.
4.2 Payment Schedule. 4.3 Professional Liability.
