• Monthly supervision fees (R$ 12,800.00 per month) payable on the 5th business day of each month during the construction supervision period.
• 20% final payment (R$ 116,644.81) upon completion of the final structural inspection and issuance of the Habite-se by the City of Rio de Janeiro.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision based on the current CREA-RJ fee schedule and prevailing market conditions in Rio de Janeiro.
• The Civil Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidade Civil Profissional) with a minimum coverage of R$ 2,000,000.00 throughout the duration of the engagement.
