1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Engenharia & Consultoria SP Ltda. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the professional services of a licensed Civil Engineer to be deployed and executed within the metropolitan region of Brazil São Paulo. The scope encompasses structural design, site supervision, technical consultancy, and regulatory compliance activities in accordance with the Brazilian National Council of Civil Engineers (CONFEA/CREA-SP) regulations and the applicable municipal building codes of the City of São Paulo (Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo).

3.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and conditions are subject to revision by the Civil Engineer firm due to market fluctuations, material cost adjustments, and changes in municipal regulations within Brazil São Paulo.
3.2 – Payment shall be made in four (4) equal installments of R$ 131,617.50, due at the following milestones: (a) 25% upon contract signing; (b) 25% upon completion of structural design; (c) 25% upon 50% completion of site supervision; (d) 25% upon final delivery of as-built documentation and Habite-se approval.
3.3 – The Civil Engineer services are governed by the Brazilian Civil Code (Código Civil Brasileiro, Lei 10.406/2002) and the specific provisions of the CONFEA/CREA-SP professional code of ethics. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in the competent courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
3.4 – The client acknowledges that the Civil Engineer is responsible for the technical integrity of all deliverables. However, the Civil Engineer is not liable for delays caused by municipal administrative processes, weather conditions specific to the Brazil São Paulo climate, or third-party contractor non-compliance.
3.5 – All professional services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be registered with CREA-SP through the issuance of an ART (Anotação de Responsabilidade Técnica), as mandated by federal law for all Civil Engineer activities in Brazil.
3.6 – The Civil Engineer firm maintains full professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidade Profissional) with a coverage of R$ 2,000,000.00, valid throughout the project duration in Brazil São Paulo.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party laboratory testing, geotechnical drilling, or municipal licensing fees charged by the Prefeitura de São Paulo.
