1. Scope of Work — Civil Engineer Services in Chile Santiago
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Structural & Civil Engineering S.A. to formalize the professional services of a licensed Civil Engineer for the structural design, supervision, and technical consultancy of the "Torre Pacífico Norte" residential development project, located in the commune of Providencia, Chile Santiago. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Chile Santiago.
- All services rendered by the Civil Engineer are subject to the professional liability insurance policy held by Andes Structural & Civil Engineering S.A., registered with the Superintendencia de Seguros de Chile.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of structural design phase, and 30% upon final certification. Invoices are issued in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and payable within 30 days via bank transfer to accounts in Chile Santiago.
- The Civil Engineer shall comply with all applicable Chilean regulations, including the Ley General de Urbanismo y Construcciones (LGUC), NCh seismic standards, and municipal ordinances of Chile Santiago.
- Any change in scope, additional storeys, or modification to the original structural concept will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately and approved in writing by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All project data, structural drawings, and engineering calculations remain the exclusive property of the client. The Civil Engineer shall not disclose any project information to third parties without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through the courts of Chile Santiago, Región Metropolitana, in accordance with Chilean civil law.
- The Civil Engineer guarantees a minimum of 10 years of structural warranty on all design deliverables, in compliance with Chilean construction warranty regulations.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes the engagement of the Civil Engineer services as described herein for the project located in Chile Santiago. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
