1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
2. All Civil Engineer services shall be executed in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of China, the regulations of the Beijing Municipal Government, and the contractual terms agreed upon by both parties.
3. The project site is located in Haidian District, China Beijing. The client shall provide the Civil Engineer team with safe access to the site, necessary permits, and all relevant existing survey data prior to commencement.
4. Any variation in scope exceeding ten percent (10%) of the total Quotation Estimate value shall require a written variation order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
5. The Civil Engineer team shall submit weekly progress reports and monthly technical summaries to the client's project management office in Beijing.
6. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing.
7. All intellectual property rights in design documents, BIM models, and engineering reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment.
8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated work stoppages, or public health emergencies affecting China Beijing, shall entitle either party to a reasonable extension of time without penalty.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms set forth herein for the engagement of Civil Engineer services in China Beijing.
