Scope of Work – Civil Engineer Services in Colombia BogotáThis Quotation Estimate is issued by INGENIERÍA CIVIL ANDINA S.A.S., a registered and licensed Civil Engineer consultancy operating in Colombia Bogotá, to provide comprehensive structural, geotechnical, and construction supervision services for the development of a mixed-use commercial and residential building located in the Chapinero district of Bogotá D.C. 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or regulatory requirements in Colombia Bogotá.
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in the following installments: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of structural design and permitting, 20% upon completion of construction supervision (month 12), and 10% upon final handover and delivery of as-built documentation. All payments shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to the account designated by INGENIERÍA CIVIL ANDINA S.A.S.
3. Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers the Civil Engineer services explicitly listed above. Any additional structural modifications, design changes, or scope expansions requested by the client after the initial design approval will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and a separate change order.
4. Regulatory Compliance: All Civil Engineer deliverables will comply with the Colombian National Seismic Design Code (NSR-10), the Bogotá District Construction Regulations, and the applicable norms of the Colombian Ministry of Housing, City and Territory. The responsible Civil Engineer holds a valid professional license (Matrícula Profesional) issued by the Colegio Colombiano de Ingenieros Civiles, Chapter Bogotá.
5. Intellectual Property: All engineering drawings, calculations, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate are the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Civil Engineer firm retains the right to reference the project in its professional portfolio.
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated work stoppages in Bogotá D.C., or changes in Colombian national or municipal legislation.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical, financial, and commercial information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent project execution in Colombia Bogotá.
