Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments, subject to satisfactory completion of each milestone as verified by the client's project manager:

• Advance Payment (20%): EGP 1,320,576 – payable within 10 business days of contract signing.
• Design Phase Completion (25%): EGP 1,650,720 – payable upon submission and approval of all structural drawings.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Egypt Cairo.
• All Civil Engineer services shall be performed by licensed professionals registered with the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate and holding valid practice permits for the Cairo Governorate.
• The client is responsible for providing timely access to the project site in Egypt Cairo, including all necessary safety equipment and site logistics for the resident Civil Engineer team.
• Any changes to the project scope, design modifications, or additional structural requirements beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary cost assessment and written change order.
• All deliverables, including drawings, reports, and digital files, shall be provided in both Arabic and English to satisfy Egypt Cairo regulatory and client requirements.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, with the seat of arbitration in Cairo, Egypt.
• The Civil Engineer firm shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 10,000,000 for the duration of the project.
