In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:

  • 30% advance payment (EUR 63,295.20 TTC) upon contract signature and mobilisation of the Civil Engineer team.
  • 40% progress payment (EUR 84,393.60 TTC) upon completion and acceptance of Phase 2 deliverables.
  • 25% progress payment (EUR 52,746.00 TTC) upon completion of Phase 3 design documentation.
  • 5% final payment (EUR 10,549.20 TTC) upon handover of the final compliance report and regulatory filing in France Marseille.

The total estimated duration of the engagement is twenty-two (22) calendar weeks from the date of contract execution. The Civil Engineer team shall mobilise on-site in France Marseille no later than the first Monday following contract signature. All interim deliverables shall be submitted to the client's Direction des Infrastructures within five (5) business days of phase completion.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include all professional fees, insurance, and statutory contributions.
