This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the client shall constitute a binding contract for the civil engineering services described herein, subject to the general terms and conditions of BauConsult Munich GmbH and the applicable provisions of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch — BGB) and the VOB/B (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen, Teil B). Payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date. All work will be performed by qualified Civil Engineers registered with the Bavarian Chamber of Engineers (Bayerische Ingenieurkammer) and will be carried out in Munich, Germany, or at such other locations within Bavaria as may be required for the project.
