This Quotation Estimate is issued by Accra Structural & Civil Engineering Ltd. to provide a comprehensive breakdown of professional fees for the engagement of a licensed Civil Engineer to deliver structural design, site supervision, and quality assurance services for the proposed 6-storey commercial complex located along Spintex Road in Ghana Accra. 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and fees are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ghana Accra and any changes in the Ghana Cedi exchange rate.
3.2 The Civil Engineer services outlined in this document shall be performed by a registered and licensed Civil Engineer who is a full member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) and holds a valid professional practice certificate issued by the Engineering Council of Ghana.
3.3 Payment shall be made in monthly instalments aligned with the construction progress milestones. A 10% mobilisation advance shall be due upon execution of the service agreement. All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis via bank transfer to the account of Accra Structural & Civil Engineering Ltd.
3.4 The client shall provide the Civil Engineer with full access to the project site in Ghana Accra, including safe working conditions, adequate office space, and all necessary permits for site entry and inspection activities.
3.5 Any variation in scope, additional design iterations beyond three (3) rounds, or extension of the construction timeline beyond the 18-month period shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately by our office.
3.6 All structural designs and engineering calculations delivered under this engagement shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Civil Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Civil Engineer services on the project site.
3.8 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation under the Ghana Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 301), with the seat of arbitration in Ghana Accra.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and professional fees outlined herein for the Civil Engineer services to be rendered in Ghana Accra.
