- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
- Payment shall be made in the following milestones: 25% advance upon signing the engagement letter, 30% upon completion of structural design and plan approval, 30% upon completion of superstructure, and 15% upon final handover and issuance of the compliance certificate.
- The Civil Engineer shall be a licensed professional registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) and the Institution of Engineers (India), Bangalore Chapter, and shall carry professional indemnity insurance of not less than INR 50,00,000.
- All structural designs shall comply with the National Building Code of India (NBC 2016), IS codes, and the specific by-laws of BBMP applicable to the Whitefield zone in Bangalore.
- Any variation in scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate shall require a revised Quotation Estimate in writing, signed by both parties.
- The client shall provide timely access to the construction site and shall bear all costs related to material procurement, labour, and equipment. The Civil Engineer is responsible solely for design integrity, quality supervision, and regulatory compliance.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- All intellectual property rights in the design drawings and structural calculations prepared by the Civil Engineer shall vest with the client upon full and final payment.
