1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current India Mumbai market conditions for materials and labour.
2. All services shall be rendered by a qualified and licensed Civil Engineer holding a valid registration with the Council of Architecture / Institution of Engineers (India), Mumbai Chapter.
