This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Civil Engineer for the comprehensive structural and civil engineering consultancy services required for the above-mentioned residential project located in India New Delhi. The scope encompasses all phases of design, supervision, and quality assurance as detailed below:
- Site survey, topographical mapping, and soil investigation coordination for the Dwarka, New Delhi plot area.
- Structural design of the 4-storey residential building including basement parking, as per IS 456:2000, IS 875, and NBC 2016 (National Building Code of India) applicable to the seismic zone of New Delhi (Zone II).
- Preparation of detailed structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and quantity take-off (BOQ) for all civil works.
- Foundation design (Raft / Pile) based on soil bearing capacity data specific to the New Delhi geological conditions.
- Design of RCC frames, slabs, beams, columns, staircases, and retaining walls.
- Coordination with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants for integrated design.
- Site supervision and quality control during construction – minimum 120 site visits.
- Review of contractor's shop drawings and method statements.
- Issuance of No-Objection Certificates (NOC) and compliance reports to the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
- Final as-built drawings and handover documentation.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in the India New Delhi construction sector.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance, 40% upon completion of structural design and drawing approval, 20% upon completion of site supervision, and 10% upon final handover of as-built documentation.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Civil Engineer's designated account. No cash transactions shall be accepted.
- The Civil Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance of not less than ₹50,00,000 for the duration of the project.
- Any additional scope of work beyond the defined scope shall be billed separately at the rates mutually agreed upon in writing.
- The client shall provide timely access to the project site located in Dwarka, New Delhi, and shall furnish all necessary soil test reports, architectural drawings, and regulatory approvals within 7 working days of the project commencement.
- Disputes, if any, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being New Delhi, India.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party testing agencies, government approval fees, or statutory charges levied by DDA, MCD, or any other authority in India New Delhi.
- The Civil Engineer reserves the right to withdraw this quotation if the client fails to confirm the engagement within the validity period.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents, drawings, and reports prepared by the Civil Engineer shall remain with the consultant until full and final payment is received.
