Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following milestone schedule. All payments are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance. The total Quotation Estimate value of IDR 2,193,000,000 (Two Billion One Hundred Ninety-Three Million Indonesian Rupiah) shall be disbursed as follows:
- Milestone 1 (20%): IDR 438,600,000 – Upon signing of the Service Agreement and commencement of geotechnical investigation.
- Milestone 2 (25%): IDR 548,250,000 – Upon submission and approval of the complete structural design package by the Civil Engineer team.
- Milestone 3 (40%): IDR 877,200,000 – Disbursed monthly in equal instalments (IDR 36,550,000 per month) during the 24-month construction supervision phase.
- Milestone 4 (15%): IDR 328,950,000 – Upon completion of as-built documentation and final certification handover to Indonesia Jakarta authorities.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All Civil Engineer services shall be performed by qualified professionals holding valid registration with the Indonesian Professional Engineers Council (IPPKI) and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (Kementerian PUPR).
- The project location is within the administrative boundaries of Indonesia Jakarta, and all regulatory approvals, permits, and compliance documentation shall be coordinated with the relevant Indonesia Jakarta municipal offices.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the contingency allowance (Item 8) shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement prior to execution.

- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Civil Engineer services to be delivered in Indonesia Jakarta.
