- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Israel Jerusalem.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the design and assessment phase (Items 1–4), 20% upon completion of site supervision, and 10% upon final handover. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
- The Civil Engineer of record shall be Mr. Yossi Katz, P.E. (License No. IL-CE-2004-11207), who shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 ILS throughout the duration of the project.
- All work shall comply with the Israeli Building Code, the Jerusalem Municipal Ordinance on Heritage Structures, and the environmental regulations of the Israel Nature and Parks Authority.
- Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Arbitration Law, 5728-1968.
- The Civil Engineer team shall observe all safety protocols as mandated by the Israel Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Service (Migdal) during all on-site activities in Israel Jerusalem.
