This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Ingegneria Civile S.r.l., a licensed and registered firm of Civil Engineer professionals operating in Italy Milan, in response to the written request for proposal received on 28 May 2025. In accordance with the terms set out in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the professional services contract.
- 25% upon delivery and approval of the complete structural design documentation (Item 02).
- 35% payable in equal monthly instalments during the Construction Phase Supervision period (Item 03).
- 10% upon completion of the Collaudo Statico and handover of the final as-built dossier (Item 05).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Italy Milan.
- All professional services shall be performed by qualified Civil Engineer personnel registered with the Milan Provincial Engineering Order. The lead Civil Engineer assigned to this project shall be Ing. Alessandro Ferrante (Reg. No. MI-4521).
- The client agrees to provide timely access to the site, existing documentation, and any third-party reports necessary for the Civil Engineer to perform the services described herein.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original contract value shall require a supplementary written agreement and a revised Quotation Estimate prior to commencement of additional work.
- All intellectual property in design documents, calculation reports, and drawings produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Milan, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the formal professional services agreement.
