This Quotation Estimate is issued by Ing. Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments, invoiced by the Civil Engineer upon completion of each corresponding milestone:
- 20% (€ 18,788.00) — upon signing of the professional services contract and commencement of the structural survey.
- 30% (€ 28,182.00) — upon delivery of the seismic vulnerability analysis and structural design package.
- 30% (€ 28,182.00) — payable in monthly instalments during the on-site supervision phase (Direzione Lavori).
- 20% (€ 18,788.00) — upon issuance of the final Certificate of Structural Compliance and handover of all as-built documentation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and terms are subject to revision.
- The Civil Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance (RC Professionale) with a minimum coverage of € 2,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
- All structural design and engineering deliverables shall comply with the current Italian Building Code, NTC 2018 seismic regulations, and the specific urban planning regulations of the Comune di Napoli, Italy Naples.
- The client shall provide unrestricted access to the building site for the duration of the survey, design, and supervision phases. Any delays caused by the client shall extend the project timeline accordingly, with no additional cost to the Civil Engineer.

- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with Italian law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy Naples (Napoli).
- The Civil Engineer reserves the right to withdraw from this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice in the event of non-payment of any invoice beyond sixty (60) days from its due date.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes the Civil Engineer to proceed with the services described herein, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the professional services rendered in Italy Naples.
