1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision by Sankofa Engineering & Consulting SARL.
2. All Civil Engineer services shall be performed in compliance with the laws of the République de Côte d'Ivoire, the professional code of the Ordre des Ingénieurs, and applicable international engineering standards.
3. The client shall provide the Civil Engineer team with safe access to the construction site in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, at all times during working hours. The client is responsible for site security and any third-party access restrictions.
4. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Ivorian commercial law.
5. Any changes to the scope of work, including additional structural modifications or extended supervision periods, shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued in writing by our office.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
8. All intellectual property rights in the structural designs, calculations, and engineering documents produced by our Civil Engineer team shall transfer to the client upon full payment of all amounts due under this Quotation Estimate.
