- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing material costs and labour market conditions in Japan Kyoto.
- All Civil Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Japan Road Association (JRA) specifications, the Building Standards Act, and the Kyoto Prefecture Infrastructure Maintenance Guidelines. Any deviation must be approved in writing by the client prior to implementation.
- The Civil Engineer of record shall hold a valid Japanese Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) licence. All senior personnel assigned to this project in Japan Kyoto shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in riverine and retaining-wall structures.
- Payment terms: Net 45 days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Act on Prompt Payment of Subcontracted Moneys.
- Force Majeure: In the event of earthquakes, typhoons, or other natural disasters affecting Japan Kyoto, the project timeline shall be extended proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Confidentiality: All data, drawings, and reports generated under this Quotation Estimate engagement shall remain the property of the client. Our firm shall not disclose project details to third parties without written consent.
- Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of Japan and, if necessary, referred to the Japan Arbitration Association seated in Kyoto.
