The Civil Engineer will be responsible for structural design, geotechnical assessment coordination, foundation engineering, load-bearing calculations, seismic design verification (Almaty is situated in Seismic Zone 9 per KZ standards), concrete and steel reinforcement detailing, and on-site structural supervision. All deliverables produced under this Quotation Estimate shall be prepared by a licensed Civil Engineer registered with the Chamber of Engineers of Kazakhstan and holding a valid professional certification for structural design in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates for Civil Engineer services in Kazakhstan Almaty.
2. All prices are quoted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are inclusive of the Civil Engineer's professional fees, software licensing (SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD), and standard travel within Almaty city limits.
3. The Civil Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 KZT throughout the duration of the engagement.
4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written variation order signed by both parties.
5. The Civil Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Construction Code, Labor Code, and the regulations of the Almaty City Executive Committee.
6. Intellectual property rights to all design documents, calculations, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the Client upon full payment.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the Arbitration Court of Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with its rules of procedure.
8. The Civil Engineer reserves the right to assign a qualified deputy for on-site supervision, provided the deputy holds equivalent licensing and the Client is notified in writing at least five (5) business days in advance.
9. Force majeure events, including but not limited to seismic events exceeding design parameters, shall suspend obligations without penalty for either party.
10. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
