Amount in words: Eighteen Million Four Hundred and Forty-Four Thousand Kenyan Shillings Only.
- Advance Payment: 20% of the total Quotation Estimate value (KES 3,688,800) upon signing of the Service Agreement and submission of a Performance Bond.
- Monthly Progress Payments: 60% of the total shall be disbursed in equal monthly instalments (KES 951,600 per month) based on certified progress reports submitted by the Resident Civil Engineer.
- Completion Payment: The remaining 20% (KES 3,688,800) shall be paid within 14 days of project handover and acceptance of all as-built documentation.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Meridian Civil Engineering Consultants Ltd., Equity Bank, Nairobi Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3377.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or regulatory fees applicable in Kenya Nairobi.
- All Civil Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the National Building Regulations (Cap. 296), KEBS standards, and the guidelines of the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya.
- The Client shall provide safe access to the project site in Rongai, Kenya Nairobi, and shall bear all costs associated with site security, utilities, and third-party permits not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written Variation Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Meridian Civil Engineering Consultants Ltd. shall maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance of not less than KES 50,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Civil Engineer services to be delivered in Kenya Nairobi.
