- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- All Civil Engineer services shall be performed by a Professional Engineer (Ir.) registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and holding a valid Practising Certificate (PC) for the state of Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and DBKL plan approval, and 30% upon issuance of the Certificate of Practical Completion.
