This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Atlas Engineering & Consulting SARL, a licensed and accredited Civil Engineer firm operating in Morocco Casablanca, to provide Mr. Youssef El Amrani with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional services, materials, and associated costs for the structural design, site supervision, and technical consultancy of the proposed residential and commercial building project located in the Anfa district of Casablanca. As a registered Civil Engineer in Morocco Casablanca, our firm is committed to delivering full-spectrum structural engineering services in compliance with the Moroccan Building Code (Réglementation de Construction), the seismic design standards (RPS 2011), and all applicable municipal regulations of the Grand Casablanca-Settat region. The scope of work covered under this Quotation Estimate includes the following:

Geotechnical investigation review and foundation design (raft and pile foundations)
Structural design of reinforced concrete frame (R+6 levels) including columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls
Seismic analysis and design per RPS 2011 for Zone IIb (Casablanca seismic zone)

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
All Civil Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with Moroccan national standards, the RPS 2011 seismic code, and the regulations of the Direction de l'Urbanisme de Casablanca.
The client shall provide timely access to the project site and all necessary architectural and geotechnical data to enable the Civil Engineer to proceed without delay.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and written amendment.
Payment terms are net fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Moroccan commercial law.
Intellectual property of all design documents, calculations, and drawings produced by the Civil Engineer firm shall remain the property of Atlas Engineering & Consulting SARL until full payment is received.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

Atlas Engineering & Consulting SARL is a registered Civil Engineer firm holding a valid professional license issued by the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Maroc (OIM) and is fully authorized to practice structural engineering in Morocco Casablanca and the wider Grand Casablanca-Settat region. Our lead Civil Engineer, Mr. Karim Benjelloun (OIM Registration No. 12345), holds over 18 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial structural projects across Casablanca, Rabat, and Tangier. All engineering deliverables under this Quotation Estimate are covered by professional liability insurance (RC Professionnelle) with a coverage limit of 10,000,000 MAD.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Civil Engineer services to be delivered in Morocco Casablanca. This signature does not constitute a final contract but indicates the client's intent to proceed with the engagement.
