- Advance Payment (20%): MMK 54,432,000 — Payable within 14 working days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Design Milestone (25%): MMK 68,040,000 — Payable upon submission and YCDC approval of all structural drawings.
- Construction Supervision (45%): MMK 122,472,000 — Payable in 10 equal monthly instalments of MMK 12,247,200 during the construction phase.
- Completion & Handover (10%): MMK 27,216,000 — Payable upon delivery of as-built documentation and final completion certificate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the Myanmar Yangon construction market, material costs, or exchange rate fluctuations.
- All Civil Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Myanmar National Building Code, YCDC regulations, and the Myanmar Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) requirements applicable to the Shwe Thalyi Zone.
- The appointed Civil Engineer shall hold a valid Myanmar Professional Engineers Council (MPEC) licence and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than MMK 500,000,000 for the duration of the project.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written variation order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Myanmar Yangon region (cyclones, flooding, seismic activity), shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- All intellectual property, drawings, and reports produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Myanmar Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in Myanmar Yangon. The engagement shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and execution of the formal Service Agreement.
