3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in New Zealand Auckland is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued reflecting any changes in market rates or regulatory requirements.
