1. Introduction and Scope of Work
This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted by Apex Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd. to the Federal Capital Development Authority for the provision of professional Civil Engineer services in the planning, design, supervision, and quality assurance of the proposed 4.2-kilometre dual-carriageway road improvement project along the Abuja–Kaduna Expressway corridor in Nigeria Abuja. 3. Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate proposes the following milestone-based payment structure, subject to satisfactory acceptance of deliverables by the client in Nigeria Abuja:

4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect market conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
- All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account designated by Apex Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd. within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance.
- The Civil Engineer services described herein are governed by the Nigerian Engineering Council (COREN) Code of Professional Conduct and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Building and Development Control Regulations.
- Any variation in scope exceeding ten percent (10%) of the total Quotation Estimate value shall require a written amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- The client shall provide reasonable access to the project site in Nigeria Abuja, including security clearance, logistics support, and any permits required for fieldwork.
- Intellectual property rights to all design documents, reports, and data produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal agreement is executed by both parties.
